Melanie’s road to success is as inspirational as it is ambitious. From the humble beginnings of her lounge room with four properties under management to over 700 today, Melanie truly is a pioneer in the real estate industry. Such was her passion for property, that she bought her very first investment property at 21 – all whilst immersing herself in her new-found vocation.

Melanie’s point of difference includes innovation, a proactive nature, unique department structure, and consistent high levels of service. Staying true to her mantra to ‘never stop learning’ and well known for
developing watertight procedures, Melanie has created an extremely efficient business – creating specialised teams to undertake each section of her company, minimising the overworked and overwhelmed nature that has, without reason, somehow become the ‘norm’ in the real estate industry.

Multifaceted in her ability, Melanie is a proud recipient of many coveted awards, including twice taking out the REIV Victorian Executive/Property Manager of the Year and also the prestigious REIA Australian Property Manager of the Year.

A respected mentor with unwavering integrity and tenacious drive, Melanie’s contribution to not only her Domain & Co team but the industry at large is indispensable.

Outside of work, Melanie spends time with her family and is a keen equestrian (Western disciplines), with her love of horses taking her across the country to compete in state and national championships.
